Having grown up with her nose buried in books, Kristin occasionally used language in unique ways. When Kristin was disgruntled, she would say "grumble." Todd assured her that "grumble" was a sound, not a word used as an expression of upset. Nevertheless, Kristin was certain that Todd had understood "grumble" and the entirety of what she meant when she used it. Thus an argument over the appropriate use of language began. Kristin knew the argument was over the first time she heard Todd say "grumble" as an expression of his own upset. Now, they have three little girls that are also true "grumblers!" Thus, Grumble.press was born.
Grumble.press is our first step toward sharing our love of language with our children, family, friends, and hopefully you.
Our first publication focuses around our love of Bamboletta Waldorf Dolls and Kristin's love of painting. We hope you will enjoy reading it to your children as much as we do ours.
